Allison had a very long night, she had no sleep. She was thinking about her late husband. She remembered when he was on his death bed. She was afraid of death, but being a doctor that was something she dealt with every single day. She had friends, she even thought House was her friend. Even if he was an ass most of the time. But he really was the best she ever seen. Something in her made her smile at the thought of House, but then her mind was on Chase. She cared for him, but because of her late husband she is afraid to go farther.
And tries very hard to shack the idea of her husbands death out of her head. Allison grabbed a cup of coffee and sighed a great sigh. She was sitting on the couch, looking at her reflection on the coffee. The sound of nurses made her look up, nodding at the two when they waved at her. Standing up once again, she thought she heard something bad, but no. Allison was a bit jumpy lately and didn't know why she felt that way. Hoping that someone would come in, to talk to, she was on shift in thirty minutes.

"I can ride my bike with no handlebars. No handlebars, no handlebars,"
The lyrics rolled blissfully off of Shiloh's tongue while they drifted from his headphones into his ears. His timing and rhythm seemed to match perfectly with the tune that currently was on repeat on his green I-Pod Nano. The quiet, yet enthusiastic singing mingled with the hustle and bustle of Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital and vanished into the air. Not that Shiloh wanted anyone listening in on his private moment. With his hands in his pockets and a light hearted stride, he made his way through the madness for the refuge of a break in the Doctor's Lounge. The moment was all the more perfect, since the music was on too long for him to think at all.
It had been a particularly bad day. You could tell by the way his hair was more out of place than what a bed was capable of. At least his lab coat and tee shirt were in decent condition. His shoes weren't as lucky. Thanks to a rampage from one of his patients, they now smelled slightly of urine. Yuck. By now, you'd think that he'd think to bring an extra pair. However, that was a few hours ago and there was far more daylight left to burn. Shiloh really had better things to dwell upon than that.
The song carried on without him as the doctor ceased his vocals for a moment. "Me and my friends saw a platypus. Me and my friends made a comic book. And guess how long it took, I can do anything that I want," He remained silent, but listened carefully to the song as he reached his destination at last. The door swung shut with a thud behind him as he observed the room thoughtlessly. It was only him and some lady sitting on the couch. His stomach rumbled, interrupting his focus. Food did actually sound like a good idea right about now.
Shiloh ducked into the refrigerator as his hand slipped into his pocket. His finger moved carefully to turn down the volume just a little bit. Who knows? The woman may want to be social. The thought brought a smile to his lips. After all, the song was starting to get away from him, and bad things tended to pop up if he left himself to think for too long.
Then he realized that his sandwich was somehow MIA. A frown crossed over his lips and he raised a confused brow. A much as he continued looking, there was no luck. Finally, he let out a very loud groan and stood up straight.
"I think Dr. House stole my food," he announced. It wouldn't be the first time...

She heard someone open the door and looked up, she gave him a soft smile, she put her arm on the table and sighed. She had seen him before, she couldn't help her heart beating loudly. She was not really good with people, she would throw all the medical at patients and family. She heard what he said and nodded.
Many things went Thur her head, this hospital had large staff. But she got a bad feeling something is about to happen. Something that would destroy the hospital. It was stupid and not lucky to say such things. Rubbing the back of her neck, watching the good doctor to look back at her.
"He has a nasty habit of that, but I was getting ready for lunch, do you want to come with me?"

Shiloh's disappointed frown turned itself upside down once he figured out that he was the only person there for her to address. It was exactly what he hoped would happen. Stranger or not, any company would do him a world of good today. He glanced over his shoulder as he gently closed the refrigerator door, a friendly expression replacing the previous one.
"Well, I usually don't make a habit of saying no to a pretty face," he beamed. As he looked her over a little more carefully now, he did become quite aware that she was rather good looking. However, there was a little flicker in her expression of unease. It probably wasn't his fault, but it still slightly interested him. Sure, everyone had their own inner demons to deal with on occassion, that was something he was all too acquainted with. However, that doesn't mean that he had to like them. Oh no, nothing unnerved him more than to see someone be even the tiniest bit depressed. What she appeared preoccupied with though, he hadn't the slightest idea.
Shiloh kicked the distracting ideas out of his head as he refocused himself on making a good impression. The first thing he did was turn around so he stopped straining his neck. He stood up straight and slipped a single hand into his bulging jean pocket to yet again touch the I-pod. A single press with his finger was given and the music fell silent. The other hand went up to remove the ear-buds and tuck them away. Then, once both hands were free, he strode casually over to the couch.
"Dr. Shiloh Webb, at your service," he introduced himself with his big, dopey grin on his face the whole while. A single, large hand extended for a hand shake.
(OOC: Ewww, this post is ugly. XP Sorry about that. Shiloh's new to me and being ill killed my muse.)

Allison was quite sometimes but not much, looking into his eyes she had never could break it. she shrugged to herself, really wondering what was going on in his head. Tilting her head down a little bit she didn't understand much about anything. While she was sat down she sat up a little bitting her lip. Taking his hand she really was relaxed, she heard things outside, she could ignore it as she shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you Doctor Webb, im Doctor Cameron, glad to be talking to you" She grinned.
